Exhibit D to the Student Data Privacy Agreement

Evrica Technologies Inc. ("Provider") engages the following subprocessors to provide the Oscar service. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to the same data-protection and security obligations the Provider owes to each LEA, including limitations on use, encryption, breach notification, and cooperation with audits.
The Provider will give LEAs at least thirty (30) days' written notice before adding or replacing any subprocessor. LEAs may subscribe to subprocessor change notifications by emailing schools@evrica.ai.

Notes
- The Provider does not transfer student PII to any subprocessor outside the United States.
- Under the Provider's enterprise terms with Google LLC, student-generated content sent for language-model inference is not used to train any general-purpose model.
- Stripe is engaged only for non-LEA consumer billing. LEAs pay via purchase order; no LEA student data is shared with Stripe.
